The original Rapala and the shown Countdown are almost identical, the
Countdown is the sinking version and is bit fatter. I've only caught
trout on
them so far, especially with the minnow coloured one and the trout colours. It
is very good to use in shallower water where even big trout, which mistrust the
spinners will take it. I like to present it in longish pulls and in faster
current I will just reel it in downstream or down and across.
