Imitations of crayfish are a good choice where ever real crayfish live in the
water and are thus part of the diet of predators. Soft crayfish normally have
little to none action of their own and are presented near the bottom on a jig
head, Carolina- or Texas rig. With small jumps, pauses and crawling you try to
imitate the movements of the real thing. The colours should be close to the
original.
I have caught large mouth and zander on them.
