Crayfish

Imitations of crayfish are a good choice where ever real crayfish live in the water and are thus part of the diet of predators. Soft crayfish normally have little to none action of their own and are presented near the bottom on a jig head, Carolina- or Texas rig. With small jumps, pauses and crawling you try to imitate the movements of the real thing. The colours should be close to the original. I have caught large mouth and zander on them.
